Meet Esther Tangkalalo. She was first introduced to yoga in 2008, initially as a way to recover from a knee injury. Through consistent yoga practice, she was able to fully heal her knee. After experiencing the health benefits of yoga, she felt a strong desire to deepen her knowledge. She wanted to learn how yoga can improve posture, aid in healing, and promote overall well-being, and she was eager to share these benefits with others.

In 2015, she started her Yoga Teacher Training. During this training, she gained a deeper understanding of the true practice of yoga. Her goal is to share this knowledge with others, showing how proper yoga practice can benefit not just the body, but also the mind and spirit.
