Ppei embarked on her pole fitness journey in 2023 and started teaching in the same year. Her class combines artistic dance, acrobatics, and strength exercises. Through this sport, participants build strength, flexibility, and endurance. In her classes, students will learn basic movements such as climbing, spins, and various moves.
